I usually go to the esthetician and I pretty much get the same results. I personally get very red because I'm light skinned, and I flake and sometimes get brown spots, which my esthetician told me was what she wants. I have ice pick acne scars, but because I routinally under go chemical peels, my scars are a lot less noticeable, and I have hope that one day they will vanish. I also rarely get pimples at all, unless I go over 4 months without getting a peel, but even then there rare. When using this peel, I did not like neutralizing it with baking soda, I just washed it off lightly with cool water. But try the baking soda first to see if it works better for you than me. Lastly I recommend using a hair blow dryer set on the coldest temperature you can get it and blow it on your face while the peels are on, it will help the burning if you cant handle it.
