Acids Effective — & Arrive Super Fast October 16, 2024 Reviewer: Lee from Mamaroneck, NY United States   I’ve been ordering from SO for years. I love their products and find their acids (particularly glycolic and TCA) are as authentic and effective as those of dermatologists — for a fraction of the price. Mind you, prices have definitely gone up since I began using their products… but it’s still very reasonable compared to a medispa or derm’s office. Just go slow if you’ve never done peels before. Start with low doses and work up; don’t overdo them either or they will thin your skin and make you look older. Stay out of the sun after doing a peel. Consider using peels on legs, arms, torso too. They work better than exfoliation scrubs and, if used properly, are less irritating. Finally, don’t use a strong moisturizer with retinol or other acids after a peel if you have sensitive skin.
