As someone who just has naturally dry lips, I have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars trying to find something, ANYTHING,that actually hydrates my lips, It has been an ongoing struggle, until now! I've been looking at the moisturizing capabilities of Grass Fed Tallow for its application in skincare products and when I came across this formulation I got excited! Now for all over the face, I'm not a big fan of Tallow as it is very occlusive and can cause breakouts on even non-acne prone skin, but for the lips in particular, it has a fantastic profile for exactly what I have been looking for, especially when combined with Olive & Castor oils, Grapeseed Oil, Avocado Oil and Beeswax, which result in a rich, penetrating and conditioning lip treatment that keeps my dry lips soft smooth and comfortable all day! 

This formula removes smooths and softens lips, it is a thick formula which  allows optimal penetration of the active ingredients, so instead of just sitting on top of the lips and feeling like an oil slick that migrates off the lips getting everywhere, One of my biggest lip balm pet peeves, this very thick formula actually stays on the lips and improves the moisture level, leaving them comfortable and hydrated all day! We also have this as a fantastic Lip Scrub with our Microdermabrasion Crystals added buff off any flaky skin and to allow for optimal penetration of the ingredients. 

This is a 20 gram/.7 oz jar that has lasted me for over 2 months, a little bit does an amazing job of repairing, soothing and increasing moisture levels for soft, plump and comfortable lips, ready for your makeup or just to fac the day in! for daily application. 

Our Grass Fed Tallow Lip Balm is organic and ethically sourced from local farms. I only include animal products when I have carefully evaluated their efficacy and in the case for lip use for this product and our Organic Emu Oil, both are deserving of inclusion and consideration as best in class products. I have tried so many different lip formulations that don't make any difference, have mint and other irritants or  just sit on top of the lips without ever penetrating, just forming a slippery oil slick which I find to be extremely ineffective and unpleasant. This is one of the best lip Balm products I have found. But with that being said, we do have a limited quantity during our 20th Anniversary sale in the Month of April, while supplies last, of an  alternative Vegan product that will be listed later this month.
