Refund policy

Here at Skin Obsession, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Requests made after 30 days will not be processed. 

Please make sure to include your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@skinobsession.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Skin Obsession 8990 N Twain St Tucson, AZ 85742]  Please include your full name and order number. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.

Missing Packages

We include USPS Tracking and insurance on every order we ship. Please note our policies regarding the following situations:

If the tracking shows that the item has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, please give it an additional 24 hours to see if it gets delivered. If not, please reach out to your local USPS branch.  We do insure all of our packages, however the first step is that you will need to contact you local office (not the 800 number but the office that actually delivers your mail) to have them speak to your carrier and initiate a GPS Trace. If the GPS trace shows that when the item was scanned it was not at the correct address, we will file for the insurance on the lost package and reship the order for you. However if the GPS Trace shows the scan at your address, USPS considers that to be proof of delivery and they will not process an insurance claim, and accordingly we are not able to replace or refund orders in these cases.
At that point you 
will need to initiate a Missing Mail Search Request so they can try to locate your package or determine if it was stolen from your mailbo and file with your Homeowners or Renters insurance for reimbursement of the stolen package. 

If tracking shows your item in limbo with no  updates to tracking for 3-4 days, we will file a lost package insurance claim and will replace the package for you. Refunds will not be issued, they are eligible for replacement only.

If your package has gone missing and upon checking the shipping address we discover that there was an error in the address, we will have to wait for your item to be returned as undeliverable, then the package can be reshipped to you after a $5.00 reshipping charge is paid. we do understand that mistakes happen, but we are not able to absorb the costs of shipping the order twice. If the item is not returned to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the residents at the incorrect address provided and try to either have the package shipped on to you or sent to us, but unfortunately issues like this are the customers responsibility if the address provided was incorrect. orders in this set of circumstances are not eligible for refunds unless the package is returned to us unopened.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we shipped the wrong item, we will of course replace it at our expense right away.
if your package is damaged, please provide clear photos of the damage so we can file the insurance claim with USPS and refund/reship the order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in unused, sealed conditionand once the return is accepted and refund issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
