Shipping policy

We ship within one business day Monday-Saturday, USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. The cut off for shipping paid for  express shipping is 12:00 PM.

Please double check your ship to address!  We have had an increasing issue with incorrect addresses being given at checkout. While we are happy to provide Free Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage for our customers for the initial shipment, we are no longer able to absorb the cost associated with either refund requests on RTS orders or of paying for the re-shipping on orders when a returned to sender occurs because of an incorrect shipping address.

 In cases where an incorrect address was provided, the order is not eligible for a refund request unless it is returned to us by the Post Office. If the order is actually delivered to the incorrect address it is the customers responsibility to contact the address and make arrangements for delivery of the order.

 If a refund is requested for a Return to Sender order there will be a $5.00 restocking fee charged against the refund amount for the initial shipping cost that is no longer balanced by the sale of the item.

If we reship the item to the correct address there will be a reshipping fee of $5.00 for the second shipment.This fee will be paid via the Re-Stocking Fee listing on our Products page prior to reshipping. 

Of course, if the error in shipping is a result of a mistake on our end, we will reship the package to you at no cost. 

We are sorry if this policy is an inconvenience to our customers, but unfortunately this is entirely out of our control, and as part of our continuing efforts to keep prices as low as possible for our customers, this unfortunate situation is not a cost we will cover any longer.
